  • 300 g, Floor (00)
  • 200 g, Sugar
  • 100 g, Almonds
  • 3 eggs (2 whole, 1 yolk)
  • Orange skin
  • 1 tea spoon anice seeds
  • 2 g backing powder
  • Salt
  • Some milk

How to

Knead all the ingredientsImpastare tutti gli ingredienti (but the yolk). Prepare three “sausages” a put them on the cooking plate. With a brush put some yolk over them. If the dough is too sliming and difficult to model, you can pour with a table spoon forming three “rod shaped” parts.
Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes. Cut the rods (this makes the biscuits), and cook them for 5 minutes.
